All of our products are custom-made with the engraving, photo, or paw print provided by you. Please review all details carefully before submitting, as we begin production shortly after receiving your order.

2. Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 9–14 business days with free shipping in the USA.
Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.

3. Returns & Refunds
We stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll remake it at no cost. Buyers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective items.

4. Payments
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment options available at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
